For questions about information you share with FancyBiz, contact info@fancybiz.pt or +351 919 440 024, Madeira, Portugal. You can use these contacts to ask about the organisation responsible for your enquiry and its handling of your information.
Information you choose to send
Enquiry forms collect contact details, your message and details relevant to your chosen service. Seller enquiries may include property location, condition, occupancy, expected price, timing, a mortgage/debt preference and optional photographs. Do not include identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information. The form records your acceptance of this notice and the page used to contact us.
Purpose and delivery
The information is used to respond to your request and discuss the service you are interested in. Form submission requires your agreement to this use; it does not subscribe you to marketing. When online delivery is enabled, the server passes the enquiry and any photographs to the configured email delivery provider for the FancyBiz inbox. The application does not create a public upload or a lead database. If delivery fails, the form displays an error rather than confirming receipt.
Optional analytics and attribution
Optional analytics is activated only after acceptance in Cookie preferences and only when configured. With your permission, campaign parameters and the first visited page can be stored for the current browser session and attached to an enquiry. Contact fields and photos are not sent to analytics. You may change your cookie choice at any time.
Service providers and retention
Email and hosting providers may process information needed to deliver and operate the service. Enquiries delivered to an inbox are subject to that organisation's access and retention arrangements; they are not automatically deleted by this website. Contact FancyBiz for the applicable retention period, processor details and any international-transfer arrangements before sending information if you need clarification. Photos may contain location metadata, so remove it before uploading if you do not wish to share it.
Your choices and rights
Contact info@fancybiz.pt to request access, correction or deletion, to withdraw consent, or to discuss restriction, objection or portability where applicable. Withdrawing consent does not undo earlier lawful processing. You may also contact the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD, about a data protection concern.
External contact services
Email, phone and WhatsApp links are alternatives to the form. If you choose WhatsApp or another external service, that service's own privacy terms also apply. No WhatsApp widget is embedded on this website.
